One down...
Finally spent the weekend working on Harry. And it seems like he's good to go! Whoo! I'm really excited that I got this finished. I wasn't sure what to expect in the final results, but I think he looks pretty sharp!

Amelie parte deux!
My Amelie portrait needed some fixing so I fixed it and now I'm actually happy with it!
So here's the fixed/final version.

Happy Valentine's Day!
I seem to be on a coloring roll lately. I had been planning on making this illustration for Ryan for Christmas, and then his birthday, and now for Valentine's Day because I just didn't have enough time! We were so busy from December through January that it was impossible to get a second in to do personal art. Anyhoo, this is a shot from Amelie, one of his favorite films, (and also one of mine) so it was a lot of fun to make!
Happy Valentine's Day!

At last!
I will definitely be making prints of this, so if anybody wants one, let me know!

Harry's first words!
At last Harry Potter has a mouth! Now he can speak all the Parseltongue he wants!
The clothes will be much faster. The only thing I'm really worried about is the hair... I've never done hair in this coloring style before and I'm a little nervous... we'll see how it turns out!

Color Me Hogwarts.
Just posting progress of a small few pieces that I'm working on for Emerald City Comicon. The original pieces are posted in older entries of my blog - but I didn't have a good Ron and I didn't have Harry at all. So I'm going to repaint the ones that were done terribly a few years ago, and make them look super awesome now.
Ryan and I will be going to the convention in March, and I can't wait! Whoo! I love Washington!
PS! - I will post more as I get further along :)

Chevy Chase... and a Samoyed
When I was home for Christmas break, I watched The Three Amigos with Ryan and the rest of the family. I forgot how much I love that movie. And I also love Chevy Chase. So I drew him as his character Dusty Bottoms. And a dog. Yay.
